Evghenii Verbanov, founder of the moldovan organization Peer to Peer shares the beginnings of the organization and its willingness to help people with disabilities.

His organization was established 5 years ago to support families in difficult situations, especially people and children with disabilities.

In order to help these families they created a social enterprise. In there they have employed different categories of people like exprisioners, drug abusers or alcohol abusers. People with different situations in their daily life.

The main goal is make sure these people can help a group in need and in return be aware of the impact they can generate in the lives of others if they put aside their addictions. They can engage in different activities like gardening, digging, construction of small buildings and all the income from this enterprise is going to help families with children with disabilities.

The employees are taught to work with different tools and they receive the necessary skills and the necessary amount of money and some of them even end up going to work in Barcelona and Portugal.

The main problem of the organization, as Verbanov explains, is the "lack of financial resources and that authorities do not support civil society organizations".

The organization then helps two groups of people that support each other while helping to create new opportunities for the most marginalized groups.
