The Pere Tarrés Foundation is organizing the 1st International Congress on Educational Leisure and Sociocultural Action which aim is to guarantee universal access to educational leisure, especially for the most vulnerable and from an intergenerational perspective. The will with which the congress is born is to build models to follow to carry out this task through the examples of good practice that will be shared by the participating entities.

On the other hand, the congress aims to make educational leisure and sociocultural action visible as a field of study in research and teaching both nationally and internationally, in line with the social challenges posed by the 2030 sustainable development goals. Through this sharing, the congress will establish a network of communication between researchers and professionals with society.

These conferences invite the various organizations to show their work to the community with the aim of generating synergies that enrich and promote the exchange of information and joint work. The communication spaces are aimed at all those people, teams or entities that research or intervene in the field of educational leisure time and sociocultural action.

It is an opportunity for them to participate in the congress and present their proposals, offering them visibility in this field to continue to grow and build a more sustainable future. To do this, these individuals or organizations will be able to submit their communication proposals by May 20th through this link. The communications can be submitted on one of three topics: what policies are required, how do we generate valuation and joint word or from which methodologies and practices do we generate them.
