The event will kick off with a special address from the First Minister of Scotland, Nicola Sturgeon MSP. Key themes for 2017 include Brexit and the third sector, digital participation and funding. The full programme is available here.
With more than 100 exhibitors and 50 workshops, seminars and training sessions, The Gathering is the biggest UK’s third sector event. 2016 was the Gathering's most successful year, attracting 3,400 visitors. It is a unique opportunity for people in the third sector to meet, connect and share ideas.

The Gathering is organised by the SCVO, the membership organisation for Scotland's charities, voluntary organisations and social enterprises. It has over 1800 members who range from individuals and grassroots groups, to Scotland-wide organisations and intermediary bodies.
