The third edition of the Congress, organized by the Catalan Social Mentoring Coordination will explore the new lines of action and research in the field of social mentoring.
The European Mentoring Summit is a congress held every two years and brings together people from the academia, foundations and private companies for a broad discussion on social mentoring as a tool for social inclusion.
The third edition of the congress, organized by the Coordinadora de Mentoria Social (Social Mentoring Coordination) will be the first to be held virtually. Under the heading 'Common Challenges, Collective Solutions', the event will be a space to strengthen connections among participants, to learn about diversity in the world of mentoring and to explore new lines of action and research in a rapidly growing sector.
This congress, which will take place from 5 to 9 October, will serve to showcase projects on mentoring from Europe and the rest of the world, to network and harmonize academic research and practical experiences.
All the activities will happen live, through platforms such as Zoom or Crowdcast. Surrounding these activities, there will be materials available for streaming such as program expositions, research presentation or an interactive library where everyone will be able to share papers, articles or any kind of online materials that may be of interest in the context of the Summit.
The schedule has been built with an international perspective, taking into account diverse time zones to accommodate a diversity of attendees and speakers. Some of the sessions may happen in different time frames.
