The Catalan Refugee Aid Commission (CCAR from the catalan Comissió Catalana d'Ajuda al Refugiat) is promoting this new meeting point located in the Sants neighborhood of Barcelona, which aims to make life more comfortable for displaced people.
The New European Pact regulating migration and asylum does not come close to guaranteeing access to the asylum procedure with every guarantee and will encourage collective returns of migrants and potential applicants for international protection.

The aim is to denounce the serious violation occurring in many countries of the basic rights of LGBTI people, who can seek asylum in Spain.

The cooperative Central Parc in San Boi “rescues” abandoned spaces in the Parc Agrari del Baix Llobregat (Baix Llobregat Agricultural Park) near Barcelona and uses it for social economy projects. The cooperative’s director explains this initiative.
